Booking and treatment terms
Version 21/10/2026
About these terms
These terms apply when you book a consultation or treatment with House of Rose Aesthetics, whether online, by message or in person. Together with our booking and deposit policy and our privacy notice, they form the agreement between you and us. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Adrianne Hunt, trading as House of Rose Aesthetics. “You” means the person booking and being treated. Please read them before you book, and ask us if anything is unclear.
Who we are
Adrianne Hunt, trading as House of Rose Aesthetics. Treatments take place in our home-based treatment room at 238 Ilchester Crescent, Bristol BS13 7HT, which is also our geographic address. It is shown before you confirm a booking and in your confirmation email. Email [[ASK: email]], phone 07919 033635.
What you are booking
You are booking an appointment for the consultation or treatment you choose, at the date and time in your confirmation. Where a treatment says “consultation on the day”, the appointment begins with a consultation. Treatment only goes ahead if, after the consultation, we both agree it is right for you (see “Consultation and suitability”).
Prices and paying
Prices are shown on our prices page and at each step of booking. The price shown is the total price: there are no booking fees or other charges. [[ASK: VAT position, e.g. “We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.”]]
Where a treatment is priced at consultation, we give you the total price in writing before any treatment starts, and you can decline.
Your deposit is part of the price, not an extra charge. You pay the balance on the day of treatment by [[ASK Q65: payment methods]].
If we have made an obvious mistake in a price, we will tell you before treatment, and you can choose whether to go ahead.
Deposits, cancelling and your right to cancel
The full rules are in our booking and deposit policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary:
Your deposit (the amount shown with your treatment) is a binding reservation of your appointment time, and it comes off your price.
Your 14-day right to cancel. Because you book online or by message, you can cancel within 14 days of booking for any reason and receive a full refund. If you ask for your appointment to take place within those 14 days, you lose this right once the treatment has been carried out. If you cancel after a service has started at your request, you pay only for what has been provided. Tell us by any clear statement, or use the model cancellation form on the policy page.
Outside that period, you can cancel or move your appointment without losing your deposit by telling us at least 48 hours before it starts. If you cancel later, or do not attend, we keep the deposit to cover the time reserved for you. If we are able to give that time to another client, we refund your deposit [[ASK Q48: in full, or less a £x admin charge]].
We refund your deposit in full if we cancel or move your appointment; if we find at your consultation that treatment is not right for you; if you decide at your consultation not to go ahead; or if you cannot be treated for a health reason such as illness or a cold sore [[ASK Q48]]. Refunds are never reduced by card or processing fees.
Refunds go back the same way you paid (to your card for card payments), unless you agree otherwise. We make them without undue delay, and refunds under your legal right to cancel are always made within 14 days of you telling us.
Consultation and suitability
Every treatment begins with a face-to-face consultation. We take your medical history in person, never through this website.
We may decline to treat you if, in our professional judgement, a treatment is not suitable for you or is unlikely to give the result you want; if you are unwell, pregnant or breastfeeding; if you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs; or if we cannot confirm your age. Your deposit is then refunded as set out above.
You may decide not to go ahead at any point before treatment starts, and you are welcome to take time to think. If you stop after the consultation, your deposit moves to the treatment appointment when you book it, or is refunded in full if you decide not to go ahead. [[ASK Q49: reflection-time policy]]
Your health information
Please tell us honestly about your health, medicines, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding and any previous treatments at your consultation, and let us know before your appointment if anything changes, for example if you become unwell or have a cold sore. If we are not told, we may not be able to treat you, and some risks may increase. Please do not put health information in booking notes or messages.
Age and ID
We treat adults aged 18 and over only. For fillers this is the law in England (the 2021 Act), and parental consent makes no difference. We ask for photo ID (a passport, photocard driving licence or PASS proof-of-age card) at your first appointment and whenever we are unsure. If you cannot show ID, we cannot treat you, and [[ASK Q49: what happens to the deposit]]. A booking for anyone under 18 is cancelled [[ASK Q49: and the deposit refunded or kept]].
Arriving late
Please arrive on time. If you are more than [[ASK Q47: minutes]] minutes late, there may not be time for your full appointment. We will do what we can in the time left or offer to rebook. [[ASK Q47: whether a late arrival that means no treatment can take place is treated as a late cancellation]]
Photographs
With your permission, we photograph the treated area for your treatment record. A photo is only used on our website or social media if you give separate written consent for that use, which you can withdraw at any time. Your treatment never depends on agreeing to photos.
Results and aftercare
Results vary from person to person and are temporary, and we cannot promise a particular result. We explain the likely benefits, risks and side effects at your consultation. Please follow the written aftercare we give you, and contact us straight away if you are worried. [[ASK Q-B9: review appointment wording]]
If something is not right
Please tell us as soon as possible. Our complaints page explains how we handle concerns and who else can help. We must carry out our services with reasonable care and skill. If we do not, you can ask us to put it right, or, if that is not possible, to give you some money back.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Your personal information
How we use your personal information is explained in our privacy notice.
Changes to these terms, and the law that applies
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one recorded when you booked. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
