Accessibility statement

Prepared [[ASK George: date after the pre-launch check]], last reviewed [[ASK George: date after the pre-launch check]]

Our aim

We want everyone to be able to use this website and to visit for treatment. The site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Using this website

You should be able to:

  • use every page with a keyboard alone, with a visible outline showing where you are
  • zoom in up to 400% with the text reflowing to fit your screen
  • use a screen reader: pages have headings, landmarks, labelled form fields and text descriptions for images
  • turn on reduced motion in your device settings, and the site will stop its small animations
  • use high-contrast or forced-colour modes, with buttons and links still visible
  • read at your own pace: nothing plays automatically and nothing moves on its own

When you pay a deposit online, your chosen time is held for 35 minutes while you pay. If you need longer, message us and we’ll hold the time for you.

Known issues

[[ASK George: list any issues found in the pre-launch accessibility check, or “We’re not aware of any at the moment.”]] Card payments are taken on Stripe’s checkout page, which Stripe maintains.

Visiting the treatment room

[[ASK Q25: steps or level access, which floor, how close parking is to the door, toilet access]]. If you have access needs, or would find a quieter time, extra time, or someone with you helpful, tell us when you book or send us a message, and we will make reasonable adjustments wherever we can.

Information in other formats

We can send aftercare guides and our policies in large print, or talk them through with you by phone. Ask us at [[ASK: email]] or on 07919 033635.

Tell us about a problem

If something on this website doesn’t work for you, email [[ASK: email]] with the page and what happened, and we will reply within [[ASK: e.g. 5]] working days.
