Book online
Request a time online and I’ll confirm within 24 hours, then ask for the deposit shown with your treatment to secure it. Nothing is charged until then.
Your consultation
We talk through what you’d like, your health history and whether treatment is right for you. Your medical history is taken in person, never online. If treatment isn’t right for you, I’ll say so, and your deposit is refunded in full.
Treatment and aftercare
If we go ahead, I’ll explain each step as I go. You leave with written aftercare and a way to reach me, [[ASK Q-B9: and a review appointment about two weeks later]].

Questions, answered
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes, always. For lip filler and skin boosters, the consultation is part of the same appointment: we talk first, and treatment only goes ahead if it’s right for you and you’re happy. For dermal filler you book a consultation on its own first. If you’d like time to think, you can always stop after the consultation: any deposit moves to your treatment appointment, or is refunded in full if you decide not to go ahead.
How does the deposit work, and when is it refunded?
Nothing is charged when you request a time. Once I confirm, I’ll ask for the deposit shown with your treatment to secure it, and it comes off your treatment price on the day. Move or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment and it’s refunded or moved. If I find at your consultation that treatment isn’t right for you, it’s refunded in full. You also have a 14-day right to cancel.
What is the treatment room like?
Your full address comes with your booking confirmation, and you’re welcome to ask me anything about the room before you book.
Does lip filler hurt?
Your comfort matters. Numbing is used where appropriate, and I’ll talk you through what to expect before we start. You may feel a pinch and some pressure, and you can ask me to pause at any point.
Do you treat anyone under 18?
No. It’s against the law for fillers, and there’s no exception for parental consent. I check photo ID at your first appointment.
